Colorful Colorblind America

White, Black, Brown, Yellow, and every other shade of American:

• We watch the same sports
• We play the same sports
• We watch the same movies
• We watch the same TV shows
• We listen to the same music
• We go to McDonalds, Walmart, Walgreens,  Target, and we know someone who has a Fitbit
• We want our children to have a better life than us
• We raise our children to be kind and respectful
• We use Facebook more than we should
• We raise our children to respect their elders
• When our children misbehave we don't like it
• We want our children to receive a quality education
• We talk about the weather and the price of gas
• We are not perfect, we are sinners who make mistakes more often than we'd like
• We care about fashion, often more than we should
• We complain about the refs and umpires when we watch sports on TV
• We want to live in a safe and secure neighborhood
• After a long week at work, we look forward to a few days off
• We fart when nobody is around and we pick our nose when nobody is looking
• We celebrate birthdays, Christmas, New Years, Easter, Halloween, and many other holidays together
• We work together
• We experience a wide variety of emotions on a regular basis 
• We love God
• Sometimes we wish we were taller, shorter, skinnier, smarter, better looking, richer, more confident, less sensitive, and everything in between
• We want a bigger house.
• We worry about our children
• We love our parents
• We hate traffic and rude people

In short - we have A LOT more in common than we have differences!  AND any differences we do have are very small, but they make life in America more interesting.

We should recognize and celebrate our commonalities and differences.

But guess what?  Not everyone views America the way I just described.

Some people thrive on dividing us.  Some people need division.  Some people create division.  

These people don't want White Americans, Black Americans, Brown Americans, Yellow Americans, and other Americans to recognize and celebrate their similarities.

Many of these divisive people live in Washington DC.  Many of these people work in the "press".

Donald Trump is trying to take power back from the Washington DC and media elites. They will fight back by throwing a racial bone in the ring in the hope that white, black, brown, yellow, etc will fight against each other - so they can stay in power.

The problem in America is Washington DC and the media.  They are leeches living off of white, black, brown, yellow Americans.  Don't let them divide us - we are stronger together!
